How We Got Here

We’re like you. We wake up. Sometimes we work. Sometimes we don’t. We live. We sleep. We have good days and bad days. Good years and bad years. And everything in between. 

We’re also different. We’re our own individuals with unique hobbies, passions, and goals. We're a group of photographers, outdoor enthusiasts, and sports fans. We love indie rock, Top 40 Hits, and how-to cooking videos on YouTube. 

Whatever your unique hobbies may be, health and wellness are vital for allowing all of us to make the most of that uniqueness, as well as bond over our shared interests.

A couple hours added up to a couple days to a couple months of lost sleep.

And like many others, much of our lives have revolved around maintaining our health to squeeze the most out of life. We’ve spent days in the gym working out, hours in the kitchen trying to stick to the latest diet, and hundreds of dollars on pills and supplements to stay healthy and live longer.

Yet we were tired. And we were tired of being tired. For whatever reason, sleep always seemed to be first on the list of compromises. Need to take a half day off? No chance. Miss a workout? Maybe. Skip two hours of sleep? Easy.

Every now and then, we all need to make these types of compromises. But often, these temporary trade-offs developed into long-term habits without us even realizing. A couple hours added up to a couple days to a couple months of lost sleep.

The Beginning

So we all made it a personal mission to reclaim our sleep. We wanted to prioritize sleep, to understand sleep, and to improve our sleep. Our research led us to try out a bunch of sleep products. Some worked, some didn’t. And they were all expensive. 

With life, we believe that you shouldn't have to compromise between sleep, success, and a social life. When it came to sleep products, we believe that you shouldn’t have to compromise between quality, convenience, and affordability. And not only did we believe that, we’re finding out that it’s possible.

Our constant testing and tinkering has led us to our first product. And we want to share it with the world. Introducing the Sleepwhale Sleep Blend.
