Subscription Questions

  • It's easy to manage your subscription. Follow these steps:

    1. Go to this page to request a login link.

    2. Enter the email address you subscribed with and click the "Get subscription login" button.

    3. Check your email (check promotions and spam too) and use the temporary link provided in the email. This link will expire in 12 hours, so you will have to repeat the process if you exceed that time.

    4. In this customer portal, you will be able to modify, delay, or cancel your subscription. You can also see upcoming orders as well as your shipping and billing information. If you are still having trouble, feel free to reach out to us at hello@sleepwhale.com.
