Refund policy
At SleepWhale LLC, we stand by our products and want you to get the best sleep possible. If our product doesn’t work for you, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refund
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Only purchases made directly from Sleepwhale LLC’s website are eligible for refunds.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Only one product purchase per customer is eligible
- For 'Buy 2' or 'Buy 3 get 1' / multiple bottle purchases, we ask that you return the unused bottle(s) to claim the full refund
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hello@sleepwhale.com with your order number and a brief reason for the refund request.
- We may ask for feedback to help us improve our products, but no additional requirements are needed for approval.
3. Processing Your Refund
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the purchase was made with a discount code or promotional offer, the refunded amount will reflect the actual amount paid.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Refunds do not apply to purchases made from third-party retailers or distributors.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
5. Shipping Charges and Shipping Protection
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund or replacement is the result of an error by Sleepwhale, a defective Product, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
- If you purchase optional shipping protection at checkout, claims for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit will be handled in accordance with the terms of the applicable shipping protection provider.
- The cost of optional shipping protection is non-refundable once your order has been placed.
- If you decline optional shipping protection, Sleepwhale is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, misdelivered, or delayed after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier, except where required by applicable law.
- Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title to the Products and the risk of loss pass to you, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- We encourage customers experiencing shipping issues to contact us promptly so we can assist in resolving the matter whenever possible.
